Christmas Shipping
It's way too early to be thinking about Christmas shipping for 2025! However, here's the rundown of our shipping info for 2024.
We'll continue packing and shipping orders as normal over the Christmas and new year period, but be aware that delivery may be a little slower due to the number of public holidays at this time of year.
See below for details of what were our suggested Christmas order deadlines for 2024.
Australian orders
Order by the following dates and times (AEDT) at the very latest for pre-Christmas delivery in Australia:

Parcel Post: Mon 16 December by 10am* (now too late)

Express Post (non-metro areas, WA, TAS & NT): Fri 20 December by 10am (now too late)

Express Post (metro areas in NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD & SA only): Mon 23 December by 10am (now too late)
*NT Parcel Post: Fri 13 December by 10am (now too late)
Important: Cut off dates exclude 'made to order' items (primarily rings): it is likely now too late for these items to be made and delivered in time for Christmas. See the product listings for details.
International orders
We strongly recommend you check dates your specific destination on the Australia Post website prior to ordering.
You are now too late to get orders delivered outside of Australia before Christmas. Below were our suggested latest order cut off dates for major international destinations, with orders to be placed by 10am AEDT on the dates listed.

Gift Options & Returns
You can choose to have your order sent directly to your gift recipient. You can also add a personal note and opt to include gift wrapping and a greeting card. Receipts are never included with orders.
We allow extra time for our 'happiness guarantee' returns over the festive season in case your purchases don't suit your gift recipient. Just ask us if you need to return an item. Learn more about returns.
