Otherwise, we always send a shipping confirmation email once an order is shipped by us. This email contains a tracking link for almost all orders. As a starting point, click on the link to see where your delivery is up to. Check your spam folder if you haven't seen the confirmation email.

Generally no, as we're not currently undertaking any bespoke or custom design work. This includes doing engraving: we recommend you talk to a local manufacturing jeweller to have a piece engraved after you receive it.
If your change is a simple one we may be able to assist you, but there is no guarantee. Simple changes may include a change to necklace length, swapping a gemstone or chain for another type we already stock, etc..
As a small family run business we're not in a position to do this, especially given the number of requests we receive.
Yes, we ship to most major countries. We're based in Australia, but orders are delivered to customers around the world. You can make your jewellery purchase in the shop for delivery to any country. Learn more about shipping internationally.

We accept payment by major debit and credit cards. We also accept payment by: Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Check the logos at the bottom of every page on our site to see all available payment methods.

Simone Walsh Jewellery sells through a very limited number of 'bricks and mortar' retail outlets primarily in Australia. We are also currently undertaking a review of our wholesale business. However, we would love to know more about your shop.

Workshop visits aren't possible as we're not set up for having customers come to our workshop premises and in particular our insurance policy forbids it.
However, all of our Australian designed jewellery comes with a money back happiness guarantee, so if you purchase a piece and it's not the right thing, you can easily return it for a refund.

Yes. Photographs of Simone's jewellery are covered by a Creative Commons License. You can use images of our jewellery as long as you provide attribution and a link back to simonewalsh.com.
