We always send a shipping confirmation email once an order is shipped, which contains a tracking link for most orders. Check your spam folder if you haven't seen the confirmation email.

We ship from South Australia. Orders can be delivered across Australia and to most major countries. Find the answers to shipping questions on the shipping page.

We accept payment by major debit and credit cards. We also accept payment by: Paypal, Afterpay (currently in Australia only), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Check the logos at the bottom of every page on our site to see all available payment methods.
All payments are processed securely and we are never in possession of your credit card details. Learn more about ordering, payment and security for our online jewellery shop.
We don't undertake any bespoke or custom design work. This includes engraving (talk to a local manufacturing jeweller about engraving one of our designs for you).
If your requested change to an existing design is a simple one we may be able to assist you. Simple changes may include a change to necklace length, swapping a gemstone for another type we already stock, etc.. Use the contact form below or chat button to ask.
Simone Walsh Jewellery only sells through a very limited number of 'bricks and mortar' retail outlets in Australia. We have not been taking on new wholesale customers recently, however, feel free to use the contact form below to tell us more about your shop.
Note that we do not undertake consignment arrangements with retail outlets.
No. We only sell directly to customers via our online shop and through very occasional major design markets. We're not set up for having customers come to our premises and our insurance policy forbids it.
However, all of our Australian designed jewellery comes with a money back happiness guarantee, so if you purchase a piece and it's not the right thing, you can easily return it for a refund.
If Simone is doing any upcoming design markets we'll let people know via the mailing list and Facebook.
No. As a small family-run business we're not in a position to do this, especially given the number of requests we receive.
We do customised web design and development work in-house. We have never worked with Shopify Experts, Partners or other third parties to create, modify or maintain our online store. We do make use of templates from the Shopify Theme Store which we extensively modify ourselves. If you're dealing with someone who claims to have worked with us, please contact us as it's very unlikely to be true.
Yes. Photographs of Simone's jewellery are covered by a Creative Commons License. You can use images of our jewellery as long as you provide attribution and a link back to simonewalsh.com.
Under the license, our image/s should never be made into derivative works or used for direct commercial gain without permission being obtained first. Read more.
You cannot publish our other copyrighted material (including our written content) without permission from us.
