Paisley Sterling Silver Band Ring

This paisley silver ring began as an experiment using one of Simone's favourite archival silver patterns featuring a detailed paisley design. After it was made, it spent years sitting in a small dish on her workbench: kept not because it needed fixing, but simply because she liked it too much to let it disappear.

Now finally released as part of the From The Archives range, this is the only version of the ring ever made - which is why there is just a single size available.

The sterling silver band carries a softly impressed paisley pattern created using a rolling mill rather than an etched surface. In this piece, the pattern appears more subtle and understated than in the related earrings and pendant designs, revealing itself gradually as the light moves across the silver.

Although the band has a relatively wide profile, the silver itself is quite fine, making the ring surprisingly lightweight and comfortable to wear. The polished finish keeps the design bright and easy to style while allowing the subtle and delicate patterning to remain the focal point.

This is the sort of ring that feels personal rather than attention-seeking: detailed enough to reward a closer look, but understated enough for everyday wear. It pairs beautifully with linen, denim, black, white and simple layered silver jewellery.

Finger sizes vary greatly, so it’s essential to know your correct ring size before placing an order. Our listed sizes show Australian/UK (alphabetical) and US (numeric) sizes. The lower the letter or number, the smaller the size. If your exact size isn’t listed, then choose a custom size (see details below).

Return Policies for Rings

Our Happiness Guarantee has special conditions for rings. Our rings are handmade to order and come in many different sizes, so returned rings are often difficult - sometimes impossible - to resell. As a small business we can’t absorb these costs, given the labour and precious materials involved.

For this reason:

• Change of mind returns for rings incur a restocking fee.
• Resizing or remaking a ring due to incorrect sizing will require a fee.
• Custom-sized rings may not be eligible for return or resizing.

If your size isn’t listed, select the custom size option and provide your size in the order notes at checkout. We accept both Australian/UK (alphabetical) and US (numerical) sizing. Use our ring size chart if you need help converting.

Size limitations:

• Maximum custom size for sterling silver rings: Z3 (US 14.5)
• Maximum custom size for solid gold rings: U½ (US 10.5) - larger sizes may be possible with an additional cost (contact us for details).
• Some ring designs may have a more limited size range, but this will be outlined in the product details.
