Our suggested latest ordering dates and times have now passed for Christmas. We'll continue to pack and post orders as quickly as we can, but you now have less chance of them arriving in time, however, our gift vouchers are delivered instantly by email.
Below were our suggested order cut offs in the lead up to Christmas.
Australian orders
We suggest you order by the following dates and times at the latest for pre-Christmas delivery in Australia:
- Parcel Post: Friday 15 December by 10am (AEDT)

Express Post: Thursday 21 December by 12pm (AEDT)*
*WA, NT & remote: Wednesday 20 Dec by 10am

International orders
Below were our suggested order cut off dates for major international destinations, with orders to be placed by 10am AEDT on the dates listed:
- New Zealand: Standard Airmail by 7 Dec | Express Airmail by 13 Dec
- USA: Standard Airmail by 6 Dec | Express Airmail by 13 Dec
- UK: Standard Airmail by 6 Dec | Express Airmail by 12 Dec
- Canada: Standard Airmail by 4 Dec | Express Airmail by 11 Dec
- Major European: Varies by country, but we suggest Standard Airmail by 1 Dec, Express Airmail by 8 Dec

Gift Options & Returns
You can choose to have your order sent directly to your gift recipient. You can also add a personal note and opt to include gift wrapping and a gift card. Receipts are never included with orders.
We allow extra time for our 'happiness guarantee' returns over the festive season in case your purchases don't suit your gift recipient. Just ask us if you need to return an item. Learn more about returns.
