You can never be entirely sure a product will suit you or that it will be the way it appears in the photographs. Trust us - we shop online too and know how it is.
Because we genuinely want you to be happy with your Simone Walsh Jewellery purchases, all of our orders come with a happiness guarantee: be happy, or simply return your item/s for your money back.

- Making a return
'Happiness guarantee' returns should be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery to you. It's important that the items be returned in the same condition as you received them.
As soon as the return has been received by us you'll be issued with a refund for the cost of the item/s. We can organise an exchange instead if you prefer. Just let us know what you would like instead.
Please get in touch if you are making a return so that we know to expect it. We'll provide you with delivery details.
- Free repairs
If your Simone Walsh Jewellery item has minor damage due to wear or an accident within 3 years of purchase, please contact us. More often than not we will be able to undertake repairs with no labour costs.
In some cases there may be an additional cost for materials. There may also be a postage charge for repaired items to be returned to you.
Jewellery pieces which have major damage may not be able to be repaired and you would instead need to consider replacing the item. Contact us to discuss the situation and we'll be happy to give you an idea of what is needed to repair your item or if it is beyond repair.

Note that we are unable to repair jewellery made by other companies or designers. You should instead contact the place where you bought those pieces or visit a manufacturing jeweller for help.
- Returns and shipping
Note that refunds don't include any shipping costs unless your return is due to damage during delivery, a faulty item or a mistake on our part. Read about these sorts of general returns and exchanges.
Returns to us which are lost or damaged in the post generally can't be refunded, so please ensure your return is packaged well and consider sending it in a way that comes with tracking.
Items which are entirely custom made or extensively altered generally cannot be returned unless there is a fault, the item was damaged during delivery or if there was an error on our part.
This includes gift cards which you have ordered to include a message to a gift recipient.
